Remarkable 12.5 Million Renovation Lifts Off at Orlando Airport Marriott...

The Orlando Airport Marriott, one of Florida'ss leading business and convention destinations, has launched an extensive $12.5 million property renovation and is offering discounted holiday rates to celebrate.



The legendary makeover will be completed in January 2007, and touches on the Orlando airport hotel'ss 486 guestrooms, concierge rooms, lounge, ballrooms, fitness center, and lobby, now known as the signature Great Room. Until then, enjoy special holiday rates starting at $119 per room, per night, through January 1, 2007*.



The contemporary themed decor and high-tech amenities will ensure that each guest is comfortable, resulting in increased work productivity while on the road, said General Manager, Roy Nassau. And our Orlando hotel suites and rooms are crisp, contemporary and cutting-edge, with colors and amenities that look and feel like home.



The Great Room idea was conceived to replace the lobby with specific areas of comfort for working, relaxing, socializing and playing throughout the day.



The hotel will replace bedding with the new Revive® bedding package, which incorporates plusher mattresses, softer sheets and more pillows. Rooms will also be equipped with soundproof windows and cordless handset phones, complimented by richly appointed baths boasting new granite vanities, mirrors, spacious showers and enhanced lighting.



The new 3,500 square-foot Capri Ballroom will feature expansive French doors and a scenic outdoor patio, creating an ideal Orlando wedding location or venue for receptions or corporate meetings. The Vista Jr. Ballrooms are receiving stunning makeovers as well. Concierge Rooms will also be revamped and the lounge will debut captivating new flat panel televisions.
