On August 3rd, Dr. Chris Meister, DC, LAC, FASBE, of www.AsianInstituteofHealingArts.com will be joining Dr. M. Mastria of www.commuter-assist.com to provide commuters and their family, friends and employers information about the services that he offers as a chiropractor and how they can help commuters.

Pocono Summit, PA July 28, 2006 -- On August 3rd, Dr. Chris Meister, DC, LAC, FASBE, of www.AsianInstituteofHealingArts.com will be joining Dr. M. Mastria of www.commuter-assist.com to provide commuters and their family, friends and employers information about the services that he offers as a chiropractor and how they can help commuters.



At one time, an extreme commuter himself, Dr. Meister will discuss ways to avoid the physical strains of commuting, how to keep your energy up in spite of long hours commuting, and why chiropractic is a family affair, as is the commute itself.



Dr. Meister has been in practice for the past 16 years. He holds a Doctor's8217;s degree in Chiropractic Medicine and is an instructor in therapeutic massage. He also holds a Diplomate in Acupuncture and is a clinical naturalist, using herbals as part of his treatment.



He will teach techniques that can be used on the road or in the air that will help keep your body relaxed and functioning well, as if you had used those hours to sleep instead of commute.
