HighlyAnticipated Phases 2a and 2b of Pavilion Park Singapore Brings...

Following the success of the sale of Phase 1C, which sold out within a month of its launch, Allgreen Properties Limited is launching Phases 2A and 2B of 3-storey terrace houses.

Pavilion Park is located off Bukit Batok Road, with easy access to major expressways including Pan Island Expressway/ Ayer Rajah Expressway as well as Bukit Timah Expressway and Kranji Expressway. Bukit Panjang Shopping Centre and Lot 1 Shopping Centre in Choa Chua Kang are close by.

In this new phase, terrace units will be priced from $1.76 million. Sizes of the units range between 2,860 square feet and 2,963 square feet. The development, which is an estate in perpetuity, is expected to be completed by 2010. Buyers will be able to enjoy favourable payment terms through the Deferred Payment Scheme.

Joseph Tan, Executive Director, Residential, said "The demand for landed property is still going strong, considering that 60 per cent of the units were snapped up during the preview recently."

CB Richard Ellis is the sole marketing agent. The sales office and show flat, located at the development site, will be open daily from 10 am to 6 pm.
