The biggest and brightest celebrities from reality television will band together with Reality Cares on Saturday, June 30th at Joseph'ss in Hollywood to raise money and awareness for Operation Smile. Hosted by the notorious reality TV queen Janice Dickinson, the Reality All-Stars affair will feature fabulous food, drinks, silent auction and a VIP meet and greet with everyone'ss much loved reality stars.
