Napa Boot Camp owner and Level II Russian Kettlebell Instructor, Jeff Larson, has added a new program for men and women who want one of the fastest most effective workouts known in the fitness world. Kettlebell Boot classes are now available in Napa at various locations. Although many gym goers may not be familiar with kettlebells, their popularity in fitness regimes has increased over the past several years, since Men'ss Health, Fitness Magazine and Personal Fitness ran articles on the benefits of this new workout described most succinctly as simple, fast and powerful.
Predominantly of Russian heritage, dating back to the early twentieth century, kettlebells are veteran equipment in the battle for fitness. Made from cast iron, they have a u-shaped
handle and are available in a range of weights for both men and women. When lifted and extended away from the body using natural momentum, kettlebells provide a low impact, total body
workout in under an hour. Main benefits and dramatic results include:

The Kettlebell Boot Camp is held Monday and Wednesdays from 6 to 7 pm, and can be taken alone or in conjunction with the regular Boot Camp in any of the available time slots. We always
strive to make fitness training convenient for our clients, there are a number of programs available, morning and evening from 2 days to 5 days per week, adds Jeff.
