Prensus Reigns at 2008 Miss America Pageant

Lee Meriwether (Miss America 1955, original Catwoman in the "Batman" movie and star of TV series, "All My Children" and"Barnaby Jones"); and Miss America 2008 Kirsten Haglund were among several dozen previous Miss America winners and contestants who stopped to collect Prensus Portable Hanging Devices at WOW! Meriwether accompanied by two daughters and a granddaughter pleasantly accepted her Prensus while recounting the story of her husband taking a purse hanger from her purse to use for his own man bag and refusing to return it. One of Meriwether's daughters that goes to lunch with her father every week laughingly added that each week her father pulls out his borrowed purse hanger and puts it to good use.
