Project Runway Season One Winner Jay McCarroll Announces Opening of...

The eccentric season one winner of Project Runway, today announced the launch of his online boutique (http://www.jaymccarroll.com) and blog. Through the site guests can experience the Jayometry line of t-shirts, totes, wristbands, and an Original line of hand sewn items.

Jay McCarroll explained, "I plan to start the online boutique off small and grow, grow, grow. In order to keep the store growing and fresh, we will periodically be adding new product to www.jaymccarroll.com, so be sure to check back often. I designed a bunch of fun products for purchase online which embody my style. The products are comfortable, eclectic, colorful and super fun!"

McCarroll continued, "As you will see, I am still in love with the circle motif and it dances throughout my work. Around and around and around we go. The site and blog are a great place for you to be able to stop by and see what i've been up to and what things I'm currently working on." To launch the online boutique, Jay collaborated with longtime friend Dave Larkins, who is VP of Marketing at Digital Ad Agency, NetPlus Marketing.

The site and blog launch also coincide with the premier of the Jay McCarroll documentary "11 Minutes", which followed "America's next great designer" as he prepared for his first independent fashion show at New York's fashion week in Bryant Park.
