With OMC Denmark's8217;s newly developed adapter 's8220;BRUTUS's8221;, the market is no longer tied up to Microsoft's8217;s own software. 's8220;Brutus's8221; will enable the market,
hereunder the public sector to choose the most optimal solutions for communicating with the Exchange server.
The market is not any longer forced to use Microsoft Outlook as e-mail and calendar client, when they have an Exchange server installed. They will have the freedom to choose any client
application they like, gaining flexibility and cost savings on license fees.
They can now choose any third party application or Open Source client they like, and still maintain their Microsoft Exchange backbone structure.
