North Star Destination Strategies has Expanded its Nationwide Reach...



North Star Destination Strategies has expanded its nationwide reach, adding Claude Singer as its Community Brand Strategist for the East Coast. In that capacity, Claude will spearhead all North Star eastern community accounts, bringing to bear his expertise in brand strategy as well as issues and priorities relevant to cities in that part of the nation. Claude is based in New York City and Hartford.



North Star, headquartered in Nashville, TN, is the nationwide leader in community branding having helped more than 90 communities across the country discover, define and design their unique and relevant identity. Claude'ss experience in brand strategy is far reaching, including his most recent position as partner in Lippincott'ss Brand Strategy Practice. There, he led brand strategy engagements for clients across varied industries with diverse strategic needs including brand positioning, naming, brand architecture and brand voice. He also worked as both director of marketing and senior vice president for Siegel and Gale in New York and as chief marketing officer for CCG.XM, a subsidiary of Cordiant Communications. An accomplished writer and speaker, Claude also teaches a graduate class in branding strategy at the University of Hartford.
