January 3, 2005 -- OneBin.Com is a logistics and service provider for global e-commerce that integrates the supply chain management problems for international e-commerce transactions and delivery. OneBin offers international customers, US and international warehousing, fullfillment, international multi-nodal freight that includes door to door delivery, a proprietary online tracking and inventory management software that provides billing and credit card processing as well as a US debit/Visa card to enable customers to buy and pay for US products.

The company, headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, has acquired Global Freight Services which includes a large bonded warehouse facilities in Miami. This facility will service the existing OneBin offices located in 26 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.
