The company of only three years has foraged new customers expectations on the technical courier industry, while offering the full range of services including Same day deliveries, Hardware installs, and Project roll out management, just to mention a few.

Traditionally TechXpress technicians have used mobile phones and pagers, however these technologies have limitations in their efficiency. The new 'Qtek 2020' is a wireless communications device which will enable TechXpress technicians to deliver superior customer service by improving flexibility and response time nationally.
TechXpress has launched the 'Qtek 2020'' based mobile communications solution to 200 field technicians. Every technician now has a GPRS enabled hand held computer, which remotely accesses the TechXpress central system. This gives technicians, on site direct access to vital central resources at the touch of a button whilst also allowing TechXpress control to monitor activities and progress at all times.
The technicians are now able to access all information regarding outstanding jobs, allocate themselves to calls based on their locations, and give an accurate "Estimated Time of Arrival" to the customer enabling them to respond faster and with the correct information.
With the 'Qtek 2020'' solution, TechXpress offers a truly unique approach to service delivery. With the resources to support customers with a wide range of technologies nationwide, TechXpress is perfectly placed to deliver service excellence.
