The newest office, led by Greg A. McKinley, is located in Nashville, Tennessee. Prior to opening the Nashville office, Greg was a member of the CFA office in Omaha, Nebraska. With over
twelve years of experience in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions, Mr. McKinley is able to draw on his multi-industry background and personal experience to assist business owners in
financing growth, selling a business or implementing an acquisition strategy.
Earlier this year new offices were opened in Boise, Idaho and Memphis, Tennessee. The Boise office is led by Bruce M. Perry. Bruce brings over twenty-five years of experience as a CPA,
business attorney and investment banker. He has represented clients in virtually every phase of forming private companies as well as negotiating and structuring business transactions in a
wide variety of industries. The principle of the Memphis office is Gerald W. Lindsay. Gerald's background includes over 33 years of experience in raising corporate capital, structuring
and negotiating M&A transactions and corporate consulting.
