Laurie Morgan, publisher of The Wedding & Special Event Yellow Pages (http://www.weddingyellow.com) was named "2007 Associate Member of the Year" by the Association for Wedding Professionals (http://www.afwpi.com). Morgan and her popular wedding directory and planning tool were similarly honored in 2005.

Presented in a ceremony earlier this year in Sacramento, the award recognizes Morgan and her publication for creating an effective promotional avenue for wedding vendors, and for good business practices and professional ethics.

The Wedding & Special Event Yellow Pages is a distinctive print publication and web site that offers brides a simpler way to shop for their weddings, and, by extension, offers wedding vendors a highly effective means of promotion.
