Convertech, Inc. has updated its Air Roll Lock Differential design to enable slitting of rolls down to ½ inch, making its ability to slit narrow widths superior to Tidland's D4 Equalizer differential shaft.

With the most recent update, Convertech's differential shaft can now slit widths down to ½ inch, beating the competition with both performance and features. With the ability to slit such narrow widths, this differential shaft now clearly outperforms competing shafts in all areas.

Available in both standard and clean-room versions, Convertech's Air Roll Lock Differential shaft features GlideLock clutched rollers. GlideLock clutched rollers completely eliminate dusting and lock each core firmly. These innovative rollers also enable the shaft to control tensions from .15 PLI on multiple width rolls.

This shaft has specifically been designed to outperform the competition in all applications, from winding multiple width rolls to tension compensation with mixed roll diameters.
