Corvest Third Expansion Phase Begins



Adva-Lite, a subsidiary of Corvest and sister company to Toppers and It's All Greek To Me, has begun its relocation to Corvest's 300,000-square-foot facility in Largo, Florida. The relocation of Adva-Lite, currently located just a mile down the road from Corvest's new facility, follows that of Toppers from Thorofare, New Jersey in December of 2007 and It's All Greek To Me in March of 2008.

Dave Vasquez, Vice President of Operations for Corvest, said, "We're looking forward to having all of Corvest's product lines under the same roof. This will allow us to flex our resources and will provide our customers with better service and expedited production."

The move is the third stage of a multi-tiered expansion plan to provide increased capacity and greater inventory space for all of Corvest's subsidiaries. Corvest has a four-week timeframe to complete Adva-Lite's relocation, which is expected to be the quickest of Corvest's three-stage expansion plan. The brand-new, state of the art facility houses additional machines and more team members, allowing Corvest to process large orders even more quickly and efficiently. A high-tech, bar-coded inventory management system improves workflow and overall operating effectiveness. Corvest will hold an open house in the Summer of 2008 where the efficiency of the new facility will be demonstrated to promotional products distributors.

In addition to merging the physical locations of Corvest's subsidiaries, the company will also complete the process of merging the three subsidiaries' systems and databases. A streamlined data warehouse has enabled customers to view inventory levels from Corvest's new websites. The sites, launched on March 31, feature a number of additional benefits to promotional products distributors, including the ability to order products online. End-users are also able to place orders with participating promotional products distributors right from the company's new sites. Promotional products distributors must register on the sites for free and verify that they'd like to be included in Corvest's Distributor Finder, which allows end-users to select a distributor by proximity or name.
