Omegasonics Introduces the Omega 6900TD Tunnel Dryer

Omegasonics, the west coast's leading manufacturer of ultrasonic cleaning systems, introduces the Omega 6900TD Tunnel Dryer, a drying system designed specifically for a variety of high volume industrial parts manufacturers.

Operators can load three (3) 16"x20" baskets of parts into the system per cycle using the convenient guillotine style entrance and exit doors. Moisture resistant pvc coated rollers allow the baskets to easily slide within the drying chamber. The Omega 6900TD Systems are designed as re-circulating down-draft hot air dryers. They are portable, have an easy to operate illuminated control panel with digital temperature control and a digital process timer. Maintenance is extremely simple with all critical components "plug-n-play" and tech support located in North America.

The Omega 6900TD offers a standard chamber opening of 22-1/2" width x 18" height with an overall chamber length of 51-1/2". System features 4800 watts heat with an 1100 CFM blower. Custom sizes are also available along with a variety of Omegasonics options.
