The Leukemia Cup Regatta and Howard Boston Memorial Regatta.
Sailors and crew members compete against each other in a sailing and fundraising competition. Boats sail in honor of local cancer survivors.

WHY:
Leukemia causes more deaths than any other cancer among children and young adults under 20. 750,000 Americans and 23,000 Michigan residents are currently living with leukemia,
Hodgkin's8217;s or non-Hodgkin's8217;s lymphoma or myeloma. Blood cancers will strike an estimated 120,000 Americans and over 60,000 will lose their battle with these diseases this
year.
