AboveNet Renews 10Year Lease at White Plains HQ



AboveNet Communications, Inc. (www.above.net), (NYSE: ABVT) a leading provider of high-bandwidth connectivity solutions, today announced that it has signed a 10-year lease with Reckson, a Division of SL Green, to remain at its White Plains headquarters location.

The New York area is one of our most important and robust markets of the15 major metro markets that we support. Our White Plains headquarters is strategically located to serve the needs of some of the world'ss most demanding customers.

This 32,000-square-foot location offers AboveNet access to the tri-state markets. In addition, as a measure of our confidence in AboveNet solutions, we have offered them a master telecom agreement to be able to offer telecommunications services to our tenants in the region.
