Vancouver, British Columbia June 7, 2009 -- The International Society of Nurses in Cancer Care (ISNCC) is pleased to announce that its 16th International Conference on Cancer Nursing (ICCN), the premier international educational opportunity for cancer nurses, will be held in the vibrant city of Atlanta, Georgia, USA, from Sunday 7 March - Thursday 11 March 2010.
The theme of the 16th ICCN is Enhancing Knowledge, Promoting Quality.
Abstracts are now being accepted online at http://www.isncc.org/conference/16th_ICCN/Call_for_Abstracts.aspx. The submission deadline is 3 July, 2009.
Abstracts about Leadership/Administration, Research or Education topics/projects in the field of oncology nursing are invited to be considered. The 16th ICCN scientific planning committee
particularly invites abstracts related to the conference theme and will consider all abstracts of high significance to nurses in cancer care worldwide.
The International Conference on Cancer Nursing (ICCN) is a unique educational and networking opportunity that highlights the essential role that nurses play in the prevention, treatment
and care for cancer patients worldwide. The ICCN brings together leaders in cancer nursing from all over the world. It is the longest running international conference in the field.
