Prostate Centers of America LLC Announces Change in Executive Management



Prostate Centers of America, LLC, a Dublin, GA based provider of mobile LDR prostate brachytherapy procedures to Ambulatory Surgery Centers today announced a change in the managment of the company.

Randy Tibitts, President of PCA states that he will be leaving his current position immediately. His reasoning: We had a very good thing going. We put together a mobile LDR prostate brachytherapy business plan that was unique in the Ambulatory Surgery Center market in 2003 and most of 2004. That made us a target.. He goes on to say I gladly turn the reins over the Delta Healthcare. They have the experience to run this company and a sound background in salvaging somewhat cracked but still potentially profitable companies. Mr. Tibitts will remain an operational consultant to the company.

Terry White, FACHE has been appointed CEO of Prostate Centers of America, LLC effective immediately. Terry s experience includes a very public turn around of a troubled hospital in Rockville, MD. He has also served as EVP and Co-founder of Centura Health in Denver, CO. Prior to that he was the President of PorterCare Health System in Colorado. His record for transformational leadership is based on a very effective track record in multiple organizations.

Lonnie L. Busby has been appointed Chairman of the Board of PCA, LLC. Lonnie has a proven record of success in management of diverse health care companies ranging from multi-hospital systems to surgery centers and other health care facilites and physician organizations. He was formally the President of Columbia/HCA Mid-western Division. He currently manages several health care ventures in the US and abroad.
