Michael Travis of Travis 's38; Company has been named to the latest edition of BusinessWeek'ss listing of the World'ss Most Influential Headhunters.

Mr. Travis's practice is focused on medical devices and biopharmaceuticals. Mr. Travis, 46, joined Travis 's38; Company in 1995 after nearly ten years as a sales and marketing executive at high tech companies. Immediately prior to joining Travis 's38; Company, he led international sales and marketing at Media 100, a successful start-up. Mr. Travis holds an MA from the University of Chicago and a BA from Haverford College.
