If the LMS doesn'st support single sign on, seamless integration with e-business, real time reporting of learning activity and automated transfer of data to the AMS out of the box, an association'ss e-learning initiative could easily be compromised before it really gets going.

He continued in saying that many associations have found out after they have chosen an LMS vendor that the vendor'ss definition of full integration might only mean single sign-on, which is only one of four elements he see as being crucial.
