New Appointmentscs 9 Centralized Scheduling Software Simplifies MultiSite...

SpectraSoft has just launched AppointmentsCS 9.0 centralized scheduling software for multi-site practices and multi-department enterprises. The medical appointment software allows staff members at one office to schedule patients at another practice location as easily as at their own site. AppointmentsCS is a money-saving, software-based alternative to ASP programs that come with expensive monthly rates.



New AppointmentsCS 9.0 offers many enhancements that cut patient wait times, improve practice teamwork, simplify reporting and reduce claim denials. This new version of the multi-site scheduler comes with over 90 practice management reports that can be broken down by department and/or location, including trend reporting with graphs that compare key practice metrics from one month to the next. A new Recall List feature lets you mark patients to be scheduled in the future (i.e. six-month evaluation). Improved security and updated HIPPA compliance make AppointmentsCS 9 the ideal multi-site/multi-department scheduler for any practice or hospital.
