The Hemophilia Alliance, a non-profit organization serving hemophilia treatment centers nationwide, and Definitive Homecare Solutions, the developer of CPR+ home infusion and specialty pharmacy software, announced today an agreement to offer CPR+ software products to The Hemophilia Alliance'ss members at preferred pricing.

Our mission is to provide member Hemophilia Treatment Center with resources and services to sustain the Comprehensive Care Model for individuals with bleeding and clotting disorders, said Joe Pugliese, President of The Hemophilia Alliance. With its leading CPR+ home infusion and specialty pharmacy software, Definitive Homecare Solutions provides a comprehensive business management software solution for specialty pharmacies, with specific functions to meet the unique needs of hemophilia treatment centers. The Hemophilia Alliance supports its 73 members with various resources and services, including purchasing benefits for enrolled participating members. Hemophilia treatment centers have specialized pharmacy needs for supplying hemophilia patients with regular infusions of the coagulation factors, usually in their homes, to control the disorder. CPR+ is the leading business management software system for infusion pharmacies, including hemophilia treatment centers.

We have had the privilege of being the technology partner of many of The Hemophilia Alliance'ss members for years and have developed CPR+ to efficiently handle the specific inventory and patient management challenges faced by specialty pharmacies dispensing factor, said Darren Young, Definitive Homecare Solutions's Director of Sales. Among the patient management challenges facing hemophilia treatment centers is the need to separately track inventories covered under Section 340B of the Public Health Service Act, a federal discount drug program designed to help fund the clinical services provided by covered entities like comprehensive hemophilia treatment centers. The Hemophilia Alliance assists its members with enrolling in the program. Definitive Homecare'ss CPR+ software provides users with the ability to separately track these patients and the factor products dispensed to these patients, as required by the program.

The Hemophilia Alliance and Definitive Homecare Solutions will participate in joint marketing efforts to promote CPR+ and the benefits of the program to the Alliance'ss participating members.
