This brand new conference will feature experts from the European Medicines Agency (EMEA), the Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP), the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA), the European Commission, European Biopharmaceutical Enterprises (EBE), EuropaBio, Eucomed and senior industry representatives.

Participants will be briefed on the latest initiatives in Europe to support innovation in research and development and will be able to share the FDA experience with the implementation of
the Critical Path Initiative and coordination with the EU initiatives. The conference will provide a platform to discuss the implementation of the European Parliament and Council
Regulation on Advanced Therapy and the EMEA draft technical guidelines.
