Xtreme Conversion, a Christian reality-TV show that compares the all-out commitment of extreme sports enthusiasts to the focus needed to be a real Christian is set to debut this fall.
Each half-hour program tracks the real-time progress of Christians who, through the power of Christ, are making powerful changes in their lives. There will also be testimonies and tips
from Christians who have gained important victories over life challenges such as drug abusepornography, alcoholism, and obesity.
's8220;I love adventure,'s8221; says Dwight Hall, seminar speaker, entrepreneur, and host of Xtreme Conversion. 's8220;When I jumped from a plane as an Airborne Ranger, there was no
turning back. It was 100-percent commitment. That's8217;s the way it is with extreme sports, and that's8217;s what it takes to be a real Christian too.'s8221;
After his stint in the Army's8217;s Special Forces, Hall founded Trailmaster, a leading manufacturer of off-road accessories, growing the venture into a $12 million business. After
selling Trailmaster, he started Remnant Publications, a ministry dedicated to helping people make radical, life-saving changes in their lives.
A licensed pilot who enjoys off-road vehicles and a variety of sports, Dwight Hall says the parallels between extreme sports and Christianity are not only amazing, but also thoroughly
biblical.
's8220;The Bible compares the Christian life to a race,'s8221; Hall says. 's8220;If you are going to compete in a death-defying race, you have to train, you have to commit, you have to
focus. Why should it be any less for someone who really wants to walk the walk of true faith's8212;the most difficult race in life's8221;
Xtreme Conversion adds thrill and imagination by uniquely mixing stunning clips of surfing with baptism and the adventure of skydiving with prayerful testimony. Hall's8217;s goal for the
program is to get viewers to make the ultimate decision's8212;to 's8220;jump out of the plane,'s8221; so to speak.
's8220;The Bible says, if you love God, you will keep His commandments,'s8221; explains Hall. 's8220;That's8217;s the bottom line. If we truly have love, it won's8217;t be that difficult,
but we have to give God 100 percent to make it happen. With God, everything is possible's8212;it's8217;s not possible to be impossible.'s8221;
Television stations are already lining up to air the debut of the show. The promo can now be viewed at the show's8217;s official website: www.xtremeconversion.com.
