Changing Lanes of Ann Arbor MI Announces Free Hypnotherapy and Stress Management Services to Help Those Displaced by Hurricane Katrina

Amy Hale, Complimentary Medical Hypnotist, is offering stress management services to the displaced victims of hurricane Katrina to help them deal with the tragedy and get their life back on track.

Understanding that this help is immensely needed for those who may be suffering from post traumatic stress, Ms. Hale states, "Many survivors of trauma have a hard time releasing the fear, anger and confusion associated with a horrible event they had to go through. People who are victims or have seen violent crimes, soldiers returning from war and other survivors of trauma will suffer from stress related illnesses. Hypnotherapy tools are an excellent source in helping those who have been exposed to crimes, disasters and other stressful events." It is uncommonly known that hypnosis has been recognized as a valid therapy by the American Medical Association since 1958.
