for our Shrinking, Changing, Global Community.
Technology is now widely available to enable counsellors to bring our services to people where they live, said Mr. Quantz. Applications like http://www.FacetoFaceGlobal.com have a high level of security to ensure that our sessions are totally confidential, and clients are able to
transition from the in-person session to online with very little adjustment.
Mr. Quantz noted that approximately 50% of his clients now prefer their counselling online. As part of his presentation, he will speak on the benefits and drawbacks to counselling online,
the various types of technologies that are currently in use, and the issues the profession is facing in providing counselling services online.
Norm Quantz is a relationship specialist who has been in private practice for over 25 years. Together with his wife of 39 years, Neva, he has established and managed four counselling
