Indalex Aluminum Solutions is the largest independent producer of soft alloy extrusion products and the second largest aluminum extruder in North America.

The die cleaning system is designed to remove aluminum from extrusion dies that are up to 30 inches in diameter at a rate of 45 dies per day. Efficient removal of aluminum from dies is critical to preparing the extrusion dies for re-use. Unlike the process used throughout most of the industry, the Kredit Automation die cleaning system is specifically designed to minimize employee exposure to hot, high pH, caustic liquids.
