Prime Time Boxing Announces New Agreement with Everlast Worldwide New Boxing Class at Over 450 24 Hour Fitness Locations

Prime Time Boxing Franchise, Inc. has just reached an agreement with Everlast Worldwide. This agreement to co-brand with Prime Time Boxing has resulted in the creation of a boxing class for over 450 24 Hour Fitness locations. This program is called "Shadow Boxing," an entry level boxing class for all 24 Hour Fitness locations as part of their Group X classes.

Founded by Cary Williams-Nunez and Angelo Nunez, Prime Time Boxing offers boxing classes (http://www.primetimeboxing.com/training.aspx) and fitness services, including small group training and personal boxing lessons for adults and children. Prime Time Boxing also offers boxing equipment and athletic apparel.

The agreement with Everlast is a key component in Prime Time Boxing Franchise being the only authentic boxing gym franchise in America, with a unique program that offers small, personalized group training to people who want to get in shape through real boxing lessons (http://www.primetimeboxing.com/training.aspx).

"The only authentic boxing gym franchise available is focused on offering a high quality program throughout the US," said Co-Founder and CEO Cary Williams-Nunez. Cary fought in the amateurs and won the Pacific Northwest Women's tournament, and has worked as a cover model and fitness columnist. Now, she is a spokesperson for Everlast Worldwide. As Olympic Certified Boxing Coaches, she and Co-founder and President Angelo Nunez are authorized by USA Boxing to certify boxing coaches, which will be key in their boxing certification program.

Angelo Nunez fought his way to the Olympic Trials, then professionally for 20 years. He fought Oscar De La Hoya and Floyd Mayweather, Jr. and spent two years as De La Hoya's main sparring partner, becoming an advisor to the De La Hoya Camp in Big Bear, California.

Together, the two founders have designed a premier training franchise program that is the first of its kind.

Angelo Nunez added, "To stick with the tradition of boxing and what quality means, Prime Time Boxing Franchises will be outfitted with and sell Everlast equipment." Everlast has long been a leader in the industry, and their partnership with Prime Time Boxing shows the significance of their program.
