Brayton Purcell Peddlers Will Join the Breathe Easy Ride to Benefit the American Lung Association



For the eleventh year in a row, Brayton Purcell is proud to be a sponsor of the "Breathe Easy Ride" to benefit the American lung Association. Brayton Purcell's team, the "Brayton Purcell Peddlers," are preparing to ride for clean air, smoke-free kids, and a cure for lung disease. This annual cycling event will be held in the North Bay city of Rohnert Park on Saturday, June 28, 2008. The "Breathe Easy Ride" attracts competitive cyclists from corporate teams, cycling clubs, and families with connections to asthma and lung cancer. Many of the competitors also have an interest in cleaning up air pollution.

Cyclists will choose from a 10, 35, or 65 mile route that will lead them through the beautiful back roads of Marin and Sonoma Counties. They will ride through the towns of Tomales, and Sebastopol, supported with fully stocked rest stops, SAG crews, mechanics, and spirited volunteers to encourage them to reach the finish line. Riders will then return to Rohnert Park to enjoy a relaxing afternoon with a fully catered lunch, live music, clean air booths, a beer garden, a massage event and team photos. Look for Brayton Purcell employees at a rest stop for cyclers during the ride, and the Brayton Purcell booth at the festivities in Rohnert Park.
