Garrett Grainger, recognized in 2002 as one of the top elite 100 IT professionals in the United States, will bring his core competencies earned over the course of a quarter century as the Chief Information Officer for Risk Transfer Holdings and it's operating company portfolio, including, Lighthouse Programs, LLC, Risk Transfer, LLC and RiskAware, LLC.
