Woodlawn Commons I - The 47,880 sq. ft. Medical Complex was purchased for $9,200,000. Brad Inglesby and Gil Russell of Roberts Commercial represented the Seller and John Harrison of Roberts Commercial represented the Purchaser.

Woodlawn Commons II - The 12,359 sq. ft. Medical Complex was purchased for $2,450,000. John Harrison of Roberts Commercial represented the Purchaser and Howard Workman of Workman & Co., represented the Seller.
