Zinios Sarah Clegg to Lead John Menzies Digital



John Menzies Digital announces today that Sarah Clegg, the current Commercial Director of Zinio, is to join as its Managing Director, replacing the current MD, Simon Clough, who completed his remit with the recent launch of the groundbreaking new Digital Magazines service - www.magazinesondemand.co.uk.

Sarah, who, through her work with Zinio, pioneered the digital magazines concept in the UK, will begin her new role as Managing Director of John Menzies Digital in September.

A passionate and experienced executive from the world of media and entertainment with a solid commercial background, Sarah has had a very successful track record in publishing, broadcast and new media. Before Zinio, she held senior positions with industry heavyweights such as Emap Consumer Magazines [now Bauer Consumer and independent publishers, GE/Popworld.

Ellis Watson, Managing Director of Menzies Distribution plc, which owns John Menzies Digital Ltd, says: "This is a real coup for us and we are delighted that Sarah has agreed to take on the challenging role of running John Menzies Digital. We welcome her to the team.
