Convergent Resources Inc. Selects Guaranteed Contacts IP for Right Party Contacts

Ontario Systems (www.ontariosystems.com) announced today that Convergent Resources has selected its Guaranteed Contacts IP solution to deliver right-party contact functionality. A leading telecommunications and bank card agency, CRI sought a solution with exceptional functionality and a lower total cost of ownership. CRI was outsourcing nearly 2 million minutes of RPC talk time on a monthly basis.

- Ability to serve multiple locations with an on-premise solution using VoIP from a centralized data center
