Vocalscape Networks, Inc. (OTCBB: KLDO) headquartered in White Plains, New York announces a change in its current business direction. Vocalscape Networks. Inc. has officially changed its name to Kaleidoscope Venture Capital Inc. in order to take advantage of certain strategic business relationships and opportunities. Kaleidoscope Venture Capital Inc. will foster early-stage companies through the developmental phases until these companies have sufficient financial, human and physical resources to function on their own. Kaleidoscope will act as an incubator that functions for profit and will gain equity in the companies in exchange for our services. Fees will be charged at the time of service delivery, but gaining equity in early-stage companies with strong growth potential is the ultimate goal, and one that can provide a financial windfall for Kaleidoscope Venture Capital Inc. Kaleidoscope, through its strategic acquisition partners program, will look to increase revenue and earnings to its shareholders.

The company through a group of private and institutional investors will incubate start up and early stage businesses that demonstrate or project long term growth potential for there products and or services.
