AVWorkz Software LLC Releases First of its Kind Web Based Audio Visual...

AVWorkz Software, LLC, a leading developer of Innovative Audio Visual (A/V) software applications for Control and Automation, today announced the immediate release of its ground breaking new product for A/V Monitoring and Management called AVMS (Audio Visual Monitoring Services). This web based service is unique to the industry and provides integrators with a powerful new tool that will both reduce service on-site calls, and generate a new monthly recurring revenue stream.

Features included in the initial and secondary releases of AVMS include; monitoring of Crestron Control System information, real-time alert messages when the system fails, TCP "Ping" for local IP device status, Remote Button pressing, managing Temperature and Lighting Levels to support a company's internal "Green" initiatives, Crestron Viewport Support, as well as provide access to resource information and logs. Coming this summer in a subsequent product release: support for Polycom VTC systems including; system status, dial/hang up, speed dial and remote diagnostic information.
