Help for a veteran comes in many forms. The two new facilities that the Department of Veterans Affairs is planning to build in North Texas in 2009 to assist veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan is one form of help. Congresswoman Kirsten Gillibrand's PRO-VETS Bill is another form that hope's to help veterans find answers. Both of these plans will greatly help veterans. Both of these plans involve the complexities and slowness associated with moving the mountains of government and money.
Retired executive and author John Errett believes that it is the obligation of individual citizens to emotionally support these hospitalized veterans while they await government plans
such as these.Errett believes that every citizen is indebted to these brave men and women who have defended our freedoms. He sees mountains of gratitude being moved through small efforts
taken by a lot of people.
Errett believes that the efforts of every person counts and he "walks the talk". His revolutionary counter terrorism proposal, called the Privilege of Passage, relies on the forces of
finance instead of weaponry. Errett uses his book, "The Owl and the Hawk", an espionage thriller, to deliver his counter terrorism proposal and the reality of terrorism today to a post
9/11 world. This plan is now before the State Department.
But Errett wants to do more to help hospitalized veterans. He calls his new program, "Books for the Brave". This program provides a way for ordinary citizens to show their support to our
hospitalized veterans while spreading the word about his alternative counter terrorism proposal.
John Errett is one man making a mark. He asks that you join his efforts to help veterans by giving them the gift of emotional support today. Find out how: 877-265-6568.
