Idhasoft acquires DXC LLC Strengthens Retail Position

Idhasoft just announced its acquisition of DXC, LLC and appointed DXC's founder, Rick Chavie, as its Executive Vice President. Chavie will be responsible for expanding Idhasoft's global business in Trade Industries comprising Retail, Consumer, Wholesale and International. As a key member of the company's executive leadership, Chavie will also contribute to scaling Idhasoft's consulting and service operations drawing on his previous partner, and leadership roles at Deloitte Consulting and Accenture.

Previously, Chavie ran SAP's Global Retail and Wholesale business as the Senior Vice President of Industry Solution Management before founding DXC's DecisionExchange.com a decision modeling framework for transforming businesses. Previously, he led strategy, international, and business process at the Home Depot and was a senior executive in a division of international apparel retailer C&A. He also was CEO of InfoLenz, a marketing technology firm founded by MIT scientists.

We already have an extensive client roster of highly recognized brands and are planning to expand our service offerings to better serve our current and new clients. Chavie received his master's degree in business administration from the Harvard Business School and his bachelor's degree in German and accounting from the University of St. Thomas (Minnesota). He is also a Fulbright Scholar in international trade, having studied in Germany at the University of the Saarland.

Rick Chavie's business expertise: strategy, technology and process engineering; global trade industries with focus on hardlines, apparel, grocery and specialty; merchandising, supply chain, and stores.
