MetaPass Expands Executive Management Team

MetaPass, Inc. today announced that Dr. Jonathan Buckheit has joined the company as its Chairman. Dr. Buckheit's career in technology and software development includes ten years as founder and CEO of Yield Dynamics, Inc., a provider of yield management software to the semiconductor and flat-panel display industries that he led to become the most profitable company in its field upon its sale to MKS Instruments, Inc. (Nasdaq:MKSI) in 2007. He holds a Ph.D. in mathematical statistics from Stanford University.
