Omni Oil Gas Announces Sale of Property

Omni Oil & Gas, Inc. (OMOI.PK, www.omnioil.com), a company specialized in oil and gas exploration and production, announced today that it has sold approximately 344 acres of land located in DeSoto Parish, Louisiana to a large independent oil and gas company. The transaction closed on June 13th with Omni receiving more than $1.25 million.

"This sale provides the Company with significant working capital and the opportunity to aggressively pursue several of our key operational ventures," stated Renn Rothrock, Omni President and CEO. "We expect to be making further announcements regarding these ventures in the weeks ahead."
