Website Hopes to Curb Crime with New Products and Informational Blog

I live in New Jersey and it has a fairly high crime rate, said Daniel Sudol. I want to do my part and help in crime prevention.

Sudol is the founder of www.HorizonSelfDefense.com, a website that specializes in self defense products such as pepper sprays, stun guns and various other items that can help protect someone without having to utilize any lethal force.

Sudol'ss site launched in April 2008 and immediately came running out of the gates with a wide variety of items that can be used at a distance or for close contact protection. HorizonSelfDefense.com even has a selection of safety devices for the home like motion alarms and child monitors. Even with a large catalog, Sudol doesn'st plan on stopping there.

As the new products are announced, I'sll be adding them, explained Sudol. Items such as shark repellant and things relating to personal safety, ID theft and hurricane survival will also be up on the site.

In addition to adding new items, Sudol has also just launched a new blog to run in conjunction with his site.

It will be largely informational and I want to encourage people to comment on the posts, Sudol said of www.HorizonSelfProtection.com. If enough people respond, the blog will take its own direction.

Shaping his site to be as customer friendly as possible (the webstore currently offers free shipping for orders over $75 and a information line that is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week), Sudol invites anyone with a question or concerns to reach him.

I don'st want to leave people out on a limb, which is why my phone and my e-mail are always open, he said. Danger doesn'st take a break and so the personal safety that I offer shouldn'st either.
