Marylander Nathan Corbett to be Seen on the Big Screen in Half Nelson...

#8211; At 14 years old, Nathan Corbett is well on his way to being himself. Although he has a list of role models and protégée's8217;s to follow that includes Bill Cosby, Allen Iverson and Oprah Winfrey, Nathan has plans to imitate no one but himself.    




Acting for the last two years, Nathan has already amassed a resume that includes roles in the Baltimore Children's8217;s Theater's8217;s production of Snow White, the Carver Center for the Arts's8217; Broadway Review, and more notably his principle role as Donut on the upcoming fourth season of HBO's8217;s critically acclaimed series 's8220;The Wire's8221; that begins airing on September 10, 2006. But what's8217;s more important is the unknown. Nathan also has a prominent role in the upcoming feature film 's8220;Half Nelson's8221; to be shown in select cities beginning August 11, 2006. This movie features Ryan Gosling of 's8220;The Notebook's8221; and Anthony Mackie from 's8220;The Manchurian Candidate's8221; Half Nelson will begin its run at the Landmark Theatre on Friday August 25, 2006.



Nathan is available for interviews and in-studio appearances until August 25, 2006.
