New Film Features Police Training to Stop Mass Shootings

The newly released documentary film "Shots Fired" gives a never before seen look behind the training law enforcement engage in to prepare for what they term active-shooters, or in other words, individuals who indiscriminately shoot innocent people in public spaces.
