Nathalie Dubois-Sissoko, president of DPA, has decided this year to produce a gifting lounge during the Toronto Film Festival. This event is located in the Presidential suites at Intercontinental Toronto centre Hotel in Toronto, Canada, from September 4th to September 12th.
Nathalie Dubois-Sissoko, CEO and president of DPA, said, "We were approached this year by the Intercontinental Toronto Centre hotel, which was willing to create a nice event to attract
the celebrities during the film festival. We already worked in the past with the Intercontinental group (we are producing every year a gifting suite during the Paris based Awards the
Cesar at Paris Intercontinental Grand hotel, as also a huge gifting lounge at the Intercontinental Carlton hotel during Cannes Film Festival). So, we were very honored once more to
partner with this hotel group to create a gifting suite, and for 2008 not to have our yearly event at the Venice film festival in Italy. It looks like this year the festival selection in
Toronto is amazing, and we expect the biggest stars to attend our sophisticated event."
The DPA Penthouse suites will be host to a bar area, a new fashion trends space, a Welcome to Canada area, and a beauty center. The 2008 Gifting Suite during the Toronto film festival
will showcase exclusive high end and newly launched products from companies around the globe offering such as couture gowns, handbags, sunglasses, African safari vacations, jewelry and
spa experiences. This aesthetically pleasing gift suite was created specifically for the comfort and relaxation of the celebrities and their entourages.
A complete list of services and products will be published on August 29th, 2008.
The DPA Toronto gifting lounge begins September 4th at the Intercontinental Toronto Centre Hotel, 225 Front Street West, and is an invitation only event for A-list celebrities and their
entourages. The suite will be open from 10am to 6pm everyday, with appointments.
