Customers of Edgewise Media (video tape and media supplier) can now add their comments to each product, allowing all users of the website to benefit from impartial product reviews.

A one-click button has been added below each product in the online store to allow any customer to add their own comments, opinions, buying tips and reviews about a specific product.

David Cohen, CEO of Edgewise, says of the feature, "We know that many of our customers have excellent product knowledge and they often have tips and suggestions about buying and using products that they can share with others. We want to create a community of customers that all help each other to make informed buying decisions."

The new feature is currently being rolled out across the Edgewise Website, and should be complete by the end of March. Although reviews do go through a vetting process before appearing online, Edgewise insists that this is only to remove inappropriate language or defamatory comments. All genuine product reviews will find their way on to the site for other customers to view and benefit from.
