Argent Networks Launches Convergent Billing and Mediation For IPTV

New Zealand technology and telecommunications solutions company, Argent Networks announced today that it was launching a new application for IPTV (Internet Protocol TV) billing and mediation as part of its leading ArgentEclipse's8482; Convergent Billing and CRM solution.
