The new office will accommodate the needs of IVCi'ss expanding staff and customer base, and will be used for the following:
> House IVCi'ss staff, including CTS-certified audio visual technicians, engineers, and programmers, help desk personnel, and sales representatives
> Remote system testing
> Customer meetings and demos of video conferencing and audio visual solutions
> Manufacturers's parts distribution
