Anetac Software Solutions, a Canadian based company that specializes in media editing and distribution software solutions unveiled a new addition to the Medi@ Card(TM) Service (introduced
by Anetac Software Solutions in May this year). Memberships are now available. And for members, Anetac Software Solutions is offering customized medi@mirror versions which sport
individual member logos and organization specific information with every Medi@ Card(TM) download.
Medi@ Card(TM) disc images are real discs represented in software as downloadable computer files. They can be sent through the Medi@ Card(TM) Service to anyone with broadband Internet and
email. Recipients can then use the downloaded files to create physical discs that play on most computers and standalone DVD players. A downloaded file could also be mounted using disc
emulation software as a virtual disc drive that is accessible from the computer operating system.
With this offering, Anetac Software Solutions has added a new angle to media content distribution. The medi@mirror distribution tool was designed to make it simple to distribute media
files on disc by including the program on the disc so the recipient does not have to install new software. Members of the Medi@ Card(TM) Service can now have their name and logo shown
every time the player starts up.
Other services offered by Anetac Software Solutions include the Medi@ Conversion Service, an online media file conversion service, the Medi@ Tracking System(TM), which provides visual
disc access statistics over the Internet and a suite of media software tools that can be used to create and prepare content to upload to the Medi@ Card(TM) and Medi@ Conversion Services.
Free trial versions of all software products are available for download from the company web site.
