GeniusRocket, a leading social network of creative talent, today announced that the National Association of Federal Credit Unions (NAFCU) has enlisted their community of creative artists to deliver customizable advertisements (http://www.info.geniusrocket.com) for use by each of its credit unions.
Credit unions have always found it difficult to create brand awareness via a national campaign, given their structure, said David Frankil, President, NAFCU Services. Our goal is to give
credit unions high-quality ads that blend a national message about the benefits of credit unions and a common look-and-feel for consistency, with the option to add a local focus.
The GeniusRocket community of creative artists has been asked to submit 30 - 60 second television advertisements suitable for customization by individual credit unions. Artists may
receive awards from NAFCU Services ranging from $500 to $3000 for selected submissions. Once selected, the ads will be made available to NAFCU Member credit unions at no charge, with the
customization option available directly from the creative artists for a set fee of $150.
This is the first time that a GeniusRocket client has developed a scope of work that could provide continual income for selected creative artists. NAFCU advertisement submissions will be
accepted through December 7, 2008.
